::my sympathies for a dear friend + 2 blog awards::

my gurl, Kiwi lost her grandfather last week and is taking it hard--i pray God gives her the strength to carry on his legacy--as a sistah friend, i've given Kiwi permission to cry and grieve in her own way--to let the shedding of her tears heal her spirit and soul--but to keep his memory alive by telling her kids his-story---

i took time out and added 2 more pages to my paper bag mini-album---these pages were pretty simple and yes, they represent me--y'all know i love my hair--the feel, the smell--in one word, sensual--dang i sound like a commercial--the card shows my weekly regimen to keep it looking beautiful and luscious--the other one with the big 'fro on it--that is a rubber stamp of a woman's face and i added ink to create the afro--clever huh?--and yes, i am B-2 THE BLESSED i love it!!!!

wazzup everyone---sorry i've been away but i had to do more "cleanin' up" around here and on EMILY {my laptop}--but that's another story--but listen here:

this is a quick and simple mini ablum i made for one of my crop sistahz in Akron, Maxine--Max is one of the sweetest people i know--when she holds some of our crops at her house, OMYGawdddd!!--juss lemme say "WELCOME TO ARCHIVER'S JR."--this woman has it all--every machine you can think of to use or dream of owning and paper and cutters and adhesives and tools and whewwwwwww, i'm tired of typing now--trust me, she has it all in her scraproom--and she can accommodate about 12 of us in there--

anywhootybootee, i made this mini album for Max--because of her kindness and wonderful disposition--THANKS FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO MAXINE!!!--oh yeah-{coughcough} i did use a lot of pink and other bright colors i normally don't work with {wow, the things i do for my sistahz}--LOL

Who woulda thought this lil' cutie would be a wife, mother and grandmother??--to tell you the truth it neva crossed my mind when i was a lil' thang--i was young and carefree and wanted to play with my brothers tonka trucks instead of my barbie dolls with my sisters--God has truly blessed me--He has blessed me to see 47 years of my life--what a blessing indeed--words cannot express how i feel today--but i will tell you this, imma enjoy it to the fullest--

i'm back everyone-i've missed all of you-so, how do you like my new header?-had to do some "cleaning up" in here-had to get a new picture of meself-yes, i said "meself"-lol-to tell the truth, i couldn't decide if i wanted the picture to be black and white or color-a blog friend helped me decide on color-it showz the very ESSENSE of me-{teeheehee}-i felt cluttered in here-like i couldn't breathe-an' ya'll know i LOVE to breathe-don't know how to function without breathin'-ha, guess ya'll in the same boat-lol-

i'm back refreshed and ready to pump out some of my art-been busy catching up on some much needed rest-been runnin' around like a hebrew slave tryn' to do too much at one time-and it caught up with me-need to learn how to relax and breathe and take things ONE day at a time-my allergies are under control-still taking my pills for my "just found out i'm anemic" self-tryn' to get use to doing this called "walking"-at a "much too fast" pace i don't care too much for-anywhootybootee, I DIGRESS-focusing on losing this weight-don't want to die because of it-have too much going on in my life-grandsons to play with-being a proud mama of 3 beautiful kids-and enjoying the "somewhat" empty nest syndrome with hubby-love that me and him can just jump in the car and G-O!-anywhere the heck we won't to-yes, i said "won't"-you know what i mean-lol-

speaking of jumping in the car-i visited a beautiful blog sistah last week-had a great time with her-i love her spirit-wow!-i can't wait to go back and see her and the family-i have some new things to play with-wow 2 the wee, it feelz good to be back home- oh yeah, i'll have my good news for you soon-you "thought" i 4got, huh-
